Refunds:
- We do not offer refunds on services rendered; however, if you are unhappy with a treatment, please contact us within 7 days of your appointment to discuss your concerns. We will do our best to resolve the issue and may offer a complimentary follow-up treatment if deemed appropriate.
Cancellations:
- In the event of a cancellation, please provide at least 24 hours' notice to avoid a cancellation fee. Fees may vary based on the service booked.
Your satisfaction is important to us, and we appreciate your understanding of this policy. However, we understand that sometimes things cannot be helped.
